Stereotomy is a practice dating back to the 13th century which aided the construction of national monuments in Europe without the use of math, calculators, and other technologies we access today.

L'Art du Trait

Slowly, I will be studying these techniques in hopes to tap into their historically proven potential for design and construction. I have always had the aspirations to "not allow my hands to prevent what my mind wishes to create." In the meantime, practice and patience is required to begin to relate to this old world art and tradition: l'art du trait.
